PlatWiz is a SaaS platform that monitors e-commerce stores to detect issues (e.g., checkout failures, payment errors, conversion drops) and provides alerts and insights.
2. Accounts & Access
You're responsible for credentials and compliance with applicable platform terms (e.g., Shopify, Wix). We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or security risk.
3. Billing & Plans
Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Fees are listed on our pricing page or agreed in writing. Taxes may apply. Failed payments may pause service.
4. Acceptable Use
No illegal activity, spam, or attempts to bypass platform policies. No misuse of personal data. We may throttle or suspend for abusive usage.
5. Data & Privacy
We process limited store data to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details. You retain ownership of your data; you grant us a license to process it to operate the service.
6. Service Levels & Changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features from time to time.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
Service is provided "as-is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlatWiz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the last 3 months.
8. Term & Termination
You may cancel anytime effective at the end of the billing period. We may terminate for breach, fraud, or legal risk.
9. Governing Law
Will be specified in the order form or defaults to your local consumer protections where applicable.
