Refunds

If you experience a verified platform outage >24h or a billing error, contact billing@platwiz.com within 14 days - we'll credit or refund the pro-rated period.

Otherwise, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing cycle.

Trials/Promos

If applicable, cancel before trial ends to avoid charges.

How to request

Email billing@platwiz.com with domain, plan, reason, and evidence (logs/screenshots). We reply within 3 business days.
